Einsatz von ByeBot (CAPTCHA)
Diese Website nutzt ByeBot (byebot.de), einen CAPTCHA-Dienst zum Schutz von Formularen vor automatisiertem Missbrauch. Bei der Nutzung eines durch ByeBot geschützten Formulars werden technische Daten verarbeitet, darunter die IP-Adresse, ein lokal berechneter Browser-/Geräte-Fingerprint für Missbrauchsbegrenzung und aggregierte Besucherzählung, niedrig-entropische Browser-/Plattformangaben, Ergebnisse von Browser-Konsistenzprüfungen, bei unterstützten Desktop-Browsern zusammengefasste Tastatur-Timing-Statistiken von Eingaben auf der geschützten Seite sowie in interaktiven Challenge-Modi Maus- oder Berührungszeiger-Verlaufsdaten, die vorübergehend zur Validierung der Interaktion verwendet werden. Tasteninhalte und rohe Timing-Reihen werden dabei nicht an ByeBot übermittelt.
ByeBot setzt für das CAPTCHA keine Cookies und verwendet die CAPTCHA-Nachweise nicht für Werbung oder seitenübergreifendes Tracking. Bot-Erkennungsereignisse können ausgelöste und durchgesetzte Erkennungs-IDs, Bewertungen und Entscheidungen, das Validierungsergebnis, begrenzte Browser-/Plattformangaben, die Zuordnung zur Website, eine Ereignis-ID und den Zeitpunkt des Ereignisses enthalten. Diese Ereignisse enthalten keine IP-Adresse, Challenge-ID, Geräte-Fingerprints, Tasteninhalte, rohen Tastatur-Timings oder Zeigerkoordinaten und werden nach 30 Tagen gelöscht.
Der Websitebetreiber muss die anwendbare Rechtsgrundlage, seine Rolle und die erforderlichen Informationen für den konkreten Einsatz festlegen und dokumentieren. Vor dem Produktiveinsatz ist eine rechtliche Prüfung erforderlich; diese Vorlage trifft keine abschließende rechtliche Einordnung.

Use of ByeBot (CAPTCHA)
This website uses ByeBot (byebot.de), a CAPTCHA service to protect forms from automated abuse. When you use a form protected by ByeBot, technical data is processed, including the IP address, a locally calculated browser/device fingerprint for abuse rate limiting and aggregate unique-visitor counting, low-entropy browser/platform claims, browser-consistency results, on supported desktop browsers aggregate keyboard-timing statistics from input across the protected page and, in interactive challenge modes, mouse or touch pointer-trajectory data used transiently to validate the interaction. Key content and raw timing sequences are not sent to ByeBot.
ByeBot does not set CAPTCHA cookies and does not use CAPTCHA evidence for advertising or cross-site tracking. Bot-detection events may contain triggered and enforced detector IDs, scores and decisions, the validation outcome, bounded browser/platform labels, the site association, an event ID, and the occurrence time. These events contain no IP address, challenge ID, device fingerprint, key content, raw keyboard timings, or pointer coordinates and are deleted after 30 days.
The website operator must determine and document the applicable legal basis, roles, and notices for the concrete deployment. Legal review is required before production use; this template makes no definitive legal classification.
